We have used Neringa on the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 2 homes in Lincoln Park over the last 10 years. First and foremost, she is an excellent negotiator. Neringa is incredible. She has bottomless stores of energy, and will find you the perfect place... no matter how much of her time that takes! She found us an amazing condo, and also managed to sell it for us a couple years later in FOUR DAYS!
